Annual Cleaning:

The pond cleaning service features

• a high powered wash
• compost removal / sludge extraction
• division and/or transplating of all overgrown aquatic plants
• fish healthcare, filter cleanup
• general maintenance
• pond repair (if needed)
• complete pond balance consulting and general pond care advice and recommendations

Monthly Maintenance:

A monthly maintenance consists of a technician coming to the residence either once a month, bimonthly or every six (6) weeks to perform maintenance associated with the pond environment. This is including, but not limited to:

• trimming dead and dying stems and leaves on all aquatic plants
• removal of cut (plant) material
• fertilize all plants
• scrub waterfalls
• clean filter pad(s) and skimmer
• plant delivery
• minimize algae on waterfall and around the pond
• skim surface of water for algae and other floating debris
• check and correct water balance (if needed)

Winterization:

Our winterization services, usually done between October - November, is an all-around service to get your pond ready for the winter season. It includes:

• cutting back all plants
• removing all cut plant material
• the lowering of sensitive plants to the bottom of the pond
• complete filter cleaning
• leaf net installation
• visual inspection of pump and plumbing
